Triumphs and Tribulations

Have people stopped dreaming? Is it really grim? Is the reality too harsh? Have we fenced ourselves with our embroidered demands, in our perverted aspirations, decision fatigue and impulse buying?

Have we disregarded the importance and power of a human touch? Have we ignored to praise our fellow human beings? Have we forgotten to “maaro adda” with our friends? Don’t we no longer share or confide our triumphs and tribulations with a friend?

Are we turning into introverted mammals? Is this a defense mechanism to protect ourselves from other people’s problems? Or are we overloaded with our own crisis? Why are we so lonely so as to look for e-friendship and e-comradeship?

Have our existence become an agenda of work and weekends of isolations? Don’t we spend our Saturdays and Sundays with shallow satisfactions only to wait for the next week agendas?

Why do we try to improve our exteriors by visiting the Gym and controlling our diets when we eat and drink gluttonously in the weekends?

Why do we have no responsibility or camaraderie with our friends and families?
